A few weeks ago JD and I took a trip to Heckscher State Park for an afternoon
where we walked along the empty beach, watched the sun set over the bay
and the deer roaming along the park roads. It's a beautiful place to wander around.
I'm sure that it's lovelier in the spring when everything is in bloom, but I
personally prefer the winter colors. The great range of browns against a clear
blue sky. We also got to play with the new creative lighting setup that JD
got me for Christmas. We are very excited about it!
